Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which may set out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, guarantees and after-sales service.

The Company will take all reasonable measures to ensure that all product descriptions, further information and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time all relevant information pertaining to product was entered onto the system.

The Company will endeavor to keep products and or product descriptions on the Website as up to date as practical in the circumstances, however it may not in certain instances reflect the position at that same time an order is placed. The precise cost of a Product will be confirmed on acceptance of your order and in strict accordance with our acceptance policy.



Your Harper Rose® watch is warranted by Harper Rose® (Tighes TimepiecesLTD) for a period of Twenty Four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. During the warranty period and by presenting the valid Certificate of authentication and receipt of purchase, you will have the right to have specified defects repaired free of charge.

In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your Harper Rose® watch, Harper Rose® guarantees its replacement by a Harper Rose® of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
– The life of the battery;
– Water damage;
– Battery, case, crystal glass, strap, bracelet, clasp, crown, stem or any cosmetic damage.
– Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating);
– Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Harper Rose©;
– Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the Harper Rose®;
– The Harper Rose® watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Harper Rose’s® control.

Any further claim against Harper Rose® e.g. for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Harper Rose®. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.


The above manufacturer’s warranty:

– is independent of any warranty that may be provided by the seller, for which they carry sole responsibility;
– does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the seller. 




If you opt for our Extended Warranty at a one-off cost of £20.00 you will then be covered against the following: 

– Water damage;
– Battery, case, crystal glass, strap, bracelet, clasp, crown, stem or any cosmetic damage.

– Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating);
– Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)

If you'd like to make a claim, simply contact us at support@harperrose.com with your order number and the issue. (Please provide photos).

We will then ask you to send your watch back to us and we will repair or replace it for you right away! 

Maximum 2 lifetime claims per person/order. We reserve the right to amend or remove this offer at any time




Should your watch require warranty or non-warranty service, please send the following items in a small, well-padded shipping box:

Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your package for your watch to go through the repair process.

You certify that you will not impersonate any person and or entity, or use a false name that you are not authorised to use. You further certify that when you register as a customer the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Any changes to your Personal Information must be notified to The Company by email on support@harperrose.com.



You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Company harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you, and or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account, and or your Personal Information.



The Company reserves the right to modify and or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website, or any part thereof with or without prior to notice to you. You confirm that The Company shall not be liable to you or a third party for such modifications and or withdrawal.

Your continued use of the Website, or any part thereof shall be deemed as acceptance of any such change.

Once an order has been received and payment cleared The Company will endeavour subject to availability of products to deliver within 7 working days, unless the customer is otherwise notified. It is imperative that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct.

We use UK and international delivery. Please make sure your contact details are correct at the checkout as you may receive tracking information via text or email from our courier.

If you do not collect your delivery and it is returned to us via the postal service, you must pay the charge to have it returned or accept a credit note towards a future purchase (as a gesture of good will). A refund will not be issued.

(Note: Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached and all accessories. Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account.) Please note sale items are not refundable, instead a credit note will be issued. We reserve the right to review this at any point. Any obvious abuse will result in a none payment.

The Company will strive to offer you a first class shopping experience, however should you for any reason not be happy with your purchase or goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact support@harperrose.com within a period of 24 hours. Goods returned outside the stipulated time limit are at the discretion of The Company.

It is imperative that your purchase is returned direct to The Company within 30 days from the date of invoice and in their original condition and packaging. Goods must be sent either by registered post or courier. The Company will not be held responsible for goods sent by ordinary mail whether lost and or damaged. The company will not be responsible for any postage costs in returning the item. The company will also not refund the cost of the original postage costs at the time of the purchase.

Due to reasons of health and hygiene The Company will not accept the return of products that are not faulty and have been worn. Products made to your specific requirements cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where a replacement is required The Company will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent however this will be subject to the availability of the product concerned. All items that are in the sale are non refundable, they are returnable and a credit note will be issued if there is no replacement size or alternative product.



Goods remain the property of the company until the customer has paid the agreed price for the goods, including any other amounts owed. Title will pass once payment has been cleared.



In the event that The Company is prevented, hindered or delayed in the supply of goods in accordance with these Conditions by an event beyond the reasonable control of the company, it may be the option of the company to suspend the delivery while the Force Majeure Event continues, or if stocks are insufficient to meet it’s commitments, apportion stock available between it’s customers, or terminate a contract affected in writing to the customer. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result.



The Company will keep confidential any information provided by the customer in relation to the contract, with the exception of general personal information which may used as detailed above.
The Company will be responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal data complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.



You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. By using the Website you agree to hereby comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations pursuant to the Website and any transactions conducted and or through the Website.



You agree by use of the Website that all copyright, trademarks and or all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied hereto shall remain at all times vested in The Company and our licensors.
You agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non- commercial use only, and that you may if necessary in the completion of a purchase download such material and or content onto one computer hard drive for such a purpose. Any other use of the material and or content of the Website is strictly prohibited.

A Contract is governed by English Law. The Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute resolution arising from or in connection with a Contract. Both the company and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts in relation to any dispute howsoever arising from the contract.




Student Discount is only available to verified UNiDAYS members. Cannot be combined with other vouchers and on-site promotions. Student Discount applies to the any products on our Harper Rose Website (excludes services such as, gift wrap, shipping and engraving). Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

We have the right to cancel your order if it is subject to abuse or if it is found that your right to have the discount is invalid.
