Delivery Policy

Once an order has been received and payment cleared we will endeavour subject to availability of products to deliver within the times specified below, unless the customer is otherwise notified. It is imperative that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct.

We use UK and international delivery. Please make sure your contact details are correct at the checkout as you may receive tracking information via text or email from our courier.

If you do not collect your delivery and it is returned to us via the postal service, you must pay the charge to have it returned or accept a credit note towards a future purchase (as a gesture of good will). A refund will not be issued.

UK Mainland Next Day (Mon-Friday)- You must order before 2pm on the day of purchase in order to qualify for this service. We use Royal Mail TRACKED 24. We cannot guarantee the next day service. We are not responsible for any courier delays once the item has been posted. 

UK Mainland Next Day Saturday - Orders must be placed Friday before 2pm.
